1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or utilizing any services of Black Label Rides AZ (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

  • You must be legally able to enter into binding contracts under Arizona law.

  • By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Services Provided

Black Label Rides AZ offers:

  • Luxury point-to-point rides

  • Hourly and daily chauffeur services

  • Flat-rate airport transfers

  • Wine tours (custom packages available)

  • Event and group transportation (weddings, parties, quinceañeras, corporate)

  • Quick local rides (within ~10 miles)

  • Specialty vehicles (SUVs, Executive Vans; availability varies)

All services are subject to driver and vehicle availability and confirmation.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made through our online booking system or directly with our team.

  • Accepted payment methods: Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported mobile wallets.

  • On-site payments: Card reader or cash may be accepted if arranged.

  • Gratuity: Optional but customary; a service charge or gratuity may be added to certain events and packages.

  • Quick Rides: Base fare $35 (first 5 miles included), then $3/mile thereafter.

  • Hourly/Event Services: Minimum booking of 4 hours, base rate depends on vehicle; mileage and waiting charges may apply.

  • Flat-Rate Services: Refer to published rates for airport zones and special packages.

  • Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for fuel, tolls, extended routes, or last-minute requests.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Up to 50% of fare may be charged.

  • No-shows beyond a 15-minute grace period may be charged the full fare.

  • Certain specialty or large-capacity vehicles may require 48–72 hours advance notice for cancellation.

6. Customer Conduct

By booking or riding with Black Label Rides AZ, you agree not to:

  • Damage or vandalize vehicle interiors or exteriors

  • Engage in threatening, unsafe, or abusive behavior

  • Smoke or use illegal substances in the vehicle

  • Harass or disrespect drivers or other passengers

  • Provide fraudulent information or misuse the booking system

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • Minor spills or debris: $50–$150 cleaning fee.

  • Excessive mess (including bodily fluids): $250–$350 deep-cleaning fee.

  • Damage to vehicle components: Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the customer.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for essential operations, including:

  • Stripe for secure payment processing

  • Google Maps for routing and distance calculations

  • Other providers for scheduling, communication, and marketing

By booking, you consent to the use of these services and agree to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Black Label Rides AZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of:
    (a) the total cost of the booking, or
    (b) $500.

  • We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, accidents, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before legal action.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Arizona under applicable state laws.

  • Arbitration costs deemed excessive may be shared or covered by us at our discretion.

  • Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall take place exclusively in the State of Arizona.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. The most recent revision date will always be posted. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
